Privacy Policy

K-RIZZ (com.konnect.krizz) is operated by Konnect Corp. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Account data: If you sign in with Google, we store your email and plan status in Supabase to sync PRO entitlements and saved vocab. The same Konnect account may also be used for Fateon — deleting your account removes shared profile data.

Usage & analytics: We use Firebase Analytics on the Android app to improve stability. AdMob may serve ads to free users (with consent where required).

Purchases: K-RIZZ PRO is sold only through Google Play Billing. We store purchase verification tokens server-side to grant entitlements. We do not collect payment card numbers and do not use Stripe or web checkout.

Microphone: Optional, only for “Repeat it” pronunciation practice. Audio is processed on-device and not stored on our servers.

Internet required: The app loads cards and audio from our servers. Offline mode is not supported.

Account deletion (K-RIZZ)

How to delete your account (in app):

  1. Open K-RIZZ → tap Account (profile icon).
  2. Scroll to Delete account.
  3. Confirm deletion. You will be signed out immediately.

How to delete by email: Send a request from your sign-in email to privacy@fateon.net with subject “K-RIZZ Account Deletion”. We respond within 30 days.

Data deleted when your account is removed: email and auth profile, saved vocab, level progress, weekly league entry, and Play purchase verification tokens stored on our servers (Supabase).

Data not deleted by us (handled by third parties under their policies): Google Play subscription and billing records (cancel subscriptions in Google Play Store → Subscriptions); aggregated Firebase Analytics / AdMob diagnostics (retention per Google policy, typically up to 14 months).

Guest mode: If you never signed in, no server account exists. Clear app data or uninstall to remove on-device progress (localStorage).

Google Play subscriptions: Deleting your K-RIZZ account does not cancel billing. Cancel separately in Play Store before or after account deletion.

Delete account (summary): In the app → Account → Delete account. Or email privacy@fateon.net with subject “DSAR”.
